POPme disposable masks are made from 3 layers of non-woven fabric fused together. The exterior layer filters larger particles such as dust and droplets. Then the center layer is fused to the front layer and it filters fine particles (the smaller stuff). And lastly the internal layer is a soft material that is comfortable against your face as well as moisture proof & breathable.

This is a very personal question and depends on what you, as an individual, are most comfortable with. We do not think a mask needs to be disposed of after each single use, especially if you are only using it for a short while!  Maybe after a full day of wear, it would make sense to replace it. But again, that’s a personal choice! If you find yourself in a busy place filled with lots of people for an extended period of time, the mask is going to be more contaminated than if you were running an errand and only used the mask for an hour or so. The whole point here is to feel comfortable and make others comfortable; so just do you!

ADULT: Our adult masks measure 17,5 cm across and 9,5 cm in height. From there you open it up as much as required to cover your nose and down over your chin.

KIDS: Ours kids masks measure 14 cm across and 9,5 cm in height. From there you open it up as much  as required to cover nose and down over the chin.

There is no mathematical equation here but we would suggest ADULT sizing for anyone over 45kg. Obviously head size and shape plays a significant factor here. We would suggest KIDS sizing be worn by anyone between 10-45kg … Again take in consideration head shape and size.

We do not suggest facial coverings for children 2 year of age or younger.

We entrust all our shipments to the expert hands of the DHL couriers that provide delivery throughout Europe in 3-4 working days, in case of unexpected delays we kindly ask you to contact us by mail at info@l10brand.com, indicating “Delivery delay” in the subject.

The masks are made in China before being exported to Italy. It should be noted that exporting masks out of China right now is VERY difficult and required some serious certification as a factory. The factories we are using are very reputable and have been producing PPE for years.

In compliance with Italian law, every product purchased on this website can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. If you want to proceed with a return, keep the delivery box and write to info@l10brand.com, indicating “Return” in the subject.

In general, we follow these return policy:

1 The Purchaser has, in any case, the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the purchased good.

2 In the event the Purchaser decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must notify the Seller via e-mail at: info@l10brand.com

3 The Purchaser will ship the Product carefully packaged in the original packaging, complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and all contents in origin.

4 The return of the property must take place no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it informed the Seller of its decision to withdraw.

5 To be entitled to reimbursement of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact and in any case in a normal state of conservation. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, ie: – in the absence of the original packaging – in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.) – for damage to the product for different reasons from transport.

6 In the case of partial withdrawal for the purchase of several products, the Delivery Contribution possibly sustained by the Purchaser will not be reimbursed.

7 The only costs payable by the Purchaser for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, pursuant to this article, are the costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

8 After the return of the Products, the Seller provides the necessary checks regarding the integrity of the same and compliance with the conditions contained in the previous articles. If the checks are concluded positively, the Seller will send the Buyer, via e-mail, the confirmation of acceptance of the returned Products and proceed to cancel the order and issue the relevant credit note.

9 The Seller will refund the entire amount paid by the Purchaser, by crediting the credit card used for the purchase or the Paypal account of the Purchaser, which will be carried out as soon as possible or, in any case, within the deadline 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of notice of withdrawal.

10 With the receipt of the communication with which the Purchaser communicates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the parties to this contract are released from their reciprocal obligations, except as provided for in the previous points of this article.

11 The Seller is not required to reimburse the additional costs of delivery.

We are currently not authorized to collect a product purchased at a physical point of sale, so we invite you to go to the same point of sale indicated and published on site.

The warranty, according to the law, has value for 1 year (this period is extended by 1 additional year for Italy) from the time of purchase reported on the receipt (1 year on invoice). For this reason we suggest to keep the purchase document until the expiry of the warranty period.
